Public Notices is hereby given that, I, Renee DeSalvo, Certified Tax Collector of the taxing district of the Borough of Folsom, County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey, will expose for sale and sell at public sale Monday, the 15th day of June 2026,at 6:00 P.M. at the Borough of Folsom Municipal Building, 1700 12th Street, Folsom New Jersey, the lots and parcel of land and real property herinafter set forth on any part of said lands or real property as may be necessary on which taxes for the year 2025 and prior and together with interest and costs computed up to the 15th day of June 2026 as required under the provisions of Article 4, Chapter 4, Title 54 of the revised statues of New Jersey, 1937, entitled "Sale of Real Property to Enforce Liens", Section 54:5-19 to 54:5-111, and amendments thereto.
