The Planning and Zoning Board of adjustments meets at the Borough of Folsom Municipal Building, 1700 12th Street the 3rd Wednesday at 7:00 pm.

The Planning and Zoning Board consists of 9 members and 2 alternates.  The Board is charged with implementing and enforcing the Borough’s Zoning Ordinance and performs its duties in conformance with the provisions of the Municipal Land Use Act pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.

The Board generally meets on the third Wednesday of every month.  To be placed on the agenda, all required information must be received by the Board Secretary at least 30 days prior to the scheduled meeting.

A list of meeting dates for 2012 will be posted when approved.  The first meeting for the year is scheduled for January 18, 2012 at the Borough of Folsom Municipal Building, 1700 12th Street at 7:00 pm.
