Animal Licenses

Animal Licenses are available at the Folsom Borough Hall during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm. The Borough of Folsom requires licensing of all dogs and cats. Licenses must be renewed January 1st of each year. Certification of rabies vaccination must be presented before issuance of license.

The cost for the license is $9.00 if the pet is spayed or neutered. If the pet is not spayed or neutered the cost is $12.00.  All licenses renewed after March 31, will be assessed a $5.00 late fee.

Animals must be licensed within TEN DAYS (10) of new residency.
